Not one to complain much. However. For $200, I do expect the air conditioning to work. We had a miserable night. There was a door to a balcony, however in downtown San Antonio, we didn’t feel safe enough to sleep with it open, and the alley directly behind us was super scary. All would have even been okay after the horrible night. Yet, when returning key cards to check out, I let her know the air didn’t work, to which the response was a blank look. I have been around customer service most of my life. I believe if staff isn't made aware of an issue it can’t be fixed. But rude is never acceptable.
