We really liked the staff however our room was very outdated, the sprinkler system in case of a fire was covered on dust, and the room smelled musty. The pool area had one of the roof panels either gone or open throughout our stay and it was very cold. Again the staff was very friendly with us even after dealing qith two very upset customers before us.

Hot tub water was brown and disgusting. Pool was not much better. We asked for a room with two double beds, got a room with two single beds. Place was dirty . Never again

Looks like they tried to update but didn’t do a good job. Floors were super dirty and gross. Just gross all around except for the front lobby. Pool was also disgusting.

I stayed for 5 days my room wasn't clean, no fresh linen, no one to discard to trash. The staff was nice they attempted to make it right however when I complained about not being able to have shower and could I change rooms it was denied, the refrigerator was not working, they even made me charge a $1.50 for a bottle of water, I was told no cash on the premises but when I needed change for the washer and dyer they then had a petty cash drawer, how convenient. Breakfast was the best part of my stay.

We liked the breakfast variety and the indoor pool. Didnt like that the roof above pool was open and water was freezing.

TV didn't work. No one would come to fix it when we checked in, despite a promise from gal at front desk that she would, personally! (We also had to go down to front desk since they wouldn't answer call from the room phone.) Had to leave for our event, returned to tv that still didn't work. "Helpful tips" from night desk staff did not fix it. Maintenance was "unavailable." No offer to switch our room. Offered to come fix tv as we were checking out next morning. Refused to credit anything to our account.

There was food left in the microwave. Probably should atleast wipe them out between guest. Pleasant morning staff
