The hotel was closed for business. Upon our arrival we were turned away and had to go around West Sacramento until we found a hotel with a room. They were all booked except one that had a $299.00 suite available.

Posted Oct 20, 2022 on HotelsThis hotel should not be open during all the construction…the only nice part was the lobby but the staff was either never there at the desk nor were they any help…everything was broken …and most of the rooms are under construction. There were so many safety hazards there they should not be open not even the ice machine worked

Not a great stay
Posted Oct 19, 2022 on HotelsRoom was in no shape tp be rented out. They did say they were under renovations, and the outside was. But both rooms were actually pretty disgusting. The sheets and towels were clean and there was hot water.

Awful stay dont do it
Posted Oct 12, 2022 on HotelsWorst "hotel" ive ever stayed at. Room was falling apart, customer srrvice was non existant. For the price i paid i would have gotten better service at a red roof inn.
