"Nice Stay!!"
After booking the hotel, I had read the reviews and was very worried about the mentioned "Gentlemens Club". But, after staying there it was not a problem at all. If you ask for a room in the back of the hotel you have no idea it's even there. Yes, you have to drive passed it to get to the hotel, but it looks like a normal building. So, that wasn't a big deal at all. Yes, I did have a 7 yr old and an 8 yr old, but both paid no attention to it and had no idea what it even was. We will definately stay here again. The rooms were very nice, clean and well kept during the 3 nights we were there.

"Well worth the budget price"
You get what you pay for. While I was paying $40/night for 5 nights (no parking charge) my friends were staying at the Sheraton 2 miles down the road for $170/night plus $20/night for parking. So, roughly, when you figure in the taxes I spent for 5 nights what they paid for 1 night. That said, I wouldn't recommend this for a single woman as passing by the nearby indigent population might make you uncomfortable. The light-rail is 3 blocks away and the bus line just steps away from the hotel, both very convenient. My room was clean, bed comfortable enough, never saw any bugs, the tub, sink, and toilet literally glistened. It put my own home bathroom to shame. The shower pressure was tremendous and water hot. It had a small kitchenette which I didn't use and a fine TV which I did use briefly. The first night there was a bit of conversation out on the street and some road noise, but frankly I was too tired to care. The remaining nights it was quite still. This is not a motel you choose to hang out in. It's just perfect for those on the go who just need a place to lay your head at night. I've read comments that suggest if you are there a week you will be robbed. Not so for me. My car was undisturbed. I never moved it the entire stay. My wallet was quite pleased with my choice. I did follow the advice to request a room on the 2nd floor and over the office. The parking lot was well lit.
