"Perfect for Convention Center business."
In N.O. strictly for business at Convention Center so hotel location perfect walking distance. Construction was bit of a nuisance in/outside but spent so little time each 24 hours in hotel made no difference. Staff very pleasant, helpful. Breakfast worked perfectly for convenient, hasty start each morning. Two minor complaints: VERY uncomfortable only chair in room, especially since I used it to do my paperwork at the desk; annoyed at billed fitness charge, since I never use it at any hotel. Walking to/from Convention Ctr, then walking yet-another major trade show each day is always all the exercise needed on my 35-40 show' travels in different cities each year . Would recommend hotel to serious biz travelers in N.O. for Convention Ctr. trade show, not for vacation.

"Uptown hotel quiet"
I did not want to be in French quarter so was very pleased to find this last minute. Walking distance to WW11 museum which was fantastic. The hotel restaurant was hard to get into last minute so I ate late. Food was great. Service a bit lacking as it took forever to get my drink. Hotel room beautiful and looked new. Everyone very friendly and helpful

"A must stay location"
This place looks exactly like the photos on the website; very quaint and welcoming. So much bigger than than it looks from the outside. If I go back to New Orleans, I will absolutely stay here again! Perfect location. Close to Bourbon Street but not close enough to hear the noise. On the main street at the edge of the French Quarter. Felt like this was a very safe place to stay. Each room has its own safe to store your valuables too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.
