“Best hotel i've stayed in thus far!!”
As I entered this hotel I was taken aback. It was soo pleasing to the eye. The room was wonderful. Well kept and decorated, with enough room for more than the two of us. I was without a doubt happy to have chosen the Palazzo for my virgin voyage to Vegas.
“Excellent”
Hotel was excellent, only fault to be found was the length of time on hold when trying to order room service or contact the front desk - if you are really hungry or it is urgent don't bother calling. Was on hold for 24 minutes trying to order room service and they didn't seem to care when I complained. Other than that it was a great hotel that I will ge back to (in fact we extended our stay by 1 night)
“The best hotel in Vegas”
Everything about the Palazzo was golden, from check-in, to the amazing room (and amazing view). Without doubt the Palazzo casino had the best buzz about it, as you go through the casino on route to or from your room, the life and atmosphere always set up you up for a good days hotel-hopping, or a great night out. The restaurants were all good, and the Lavo nightclub was brilliant (the DJ seemed to be playing a playlist of all of my favourite tunes old and new). The slot machines made me very happy too! The Wynn by comparison had no atmosphere and was a definite case of style over substance. Just a warning though - US Airways may be cheap, certainly not cheerful - avoid.
“Great Place to stay”
The suite was very spacious and excellent in every way. We had a nice view of the golf course and the mountains. The staff at the reception were really nice and friendly. The swimming pool is good for suntanning and relaxing but not that good for swimming. The slot machines were really stingy with their payoffs but we have to admit that we tried only the penny machines. The proximity to Wynn and Wynn Encore is an asset. Although we were happy in every respect with our stay we will try the Venetian next time to be able to compare the two.
“Loved it!!!!”
The hotel was simply beautiful. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was just perfect. I also had a ball at the hotel's nightclub called LAVO.
“Loved The Palazzo!”
We recently stayed at The Palazzo for a long weekend. We were so pleased with everything. The hotel was first class all the way. Our suite was huge and was SO comfortable. We ate at several of the restaurants and everything was very good. We especially like the Mexican restaurant for late afternoon margaritas, chips and guacamole! We took advantage of the onsite rental car desk and rented a car one day to drive to Hoover Dam. This process was extremely easy and convenient. We can't wait to go back to The Palazzo!
“The Palazzo - the only place I will stay in Vegas from now on!”
I liked everything about the hotel and will definitely be going back. It's in a great location on the strip with most of the other main hotels (and associated restaurants, bars and clubs) in close proximity, and most were pretty much walkable (which is often a rarity in Vegas). It isn't the absolute top hotel but it is definitely up there with the best, and affordability wise (or at least value for money wise) it is now my favourite. With adjoining access to the Venetian, quality high end shopping, bars, restaurants, casinos, multiple swimming pools etc. you don't even need to leave the building to have a great stay. All the staff were great too.
“great hotel”
very pleasant staff, the room was great we loved staying there
“Beautiful Hotel and Great Food”
The hotel was gorgeous, the staff very attentive, the casino clean and fresh, and there were so many great places to eat that we had to set some aside for a future trip. Wonderful.
“Beautiful Hotel Great Stay”
Totally upscale hotel with beautiful big rooms and comfortable bed and plenty of space. Worth staying there. I would not stay anywhere else on my next trip to Vegas
